If you are having a family emergency or a sudden illness, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the reserved service. Our time is valuable, and missed appointments can be challenging.
